Program and Project Management
- The PCIA program and project management team is a small cadre of professionals with proven hands on experience in Rotary Wing Aviation Modifications and Maintenance, Aviation Ground Support Systems, Command and Control Communications and Test Systems
- In addition to the in-house cadre, PCIA maintains an active short list of Project Managers with extensive Military and Defense Contractor experience, to meet specialty and/or short-term requirements
- Our Program and Project management team has experience executing projects in the Middle East, North East, Asia and North Africa.
- All are familiar working with customers and various stakeholders through the use of an Integrated Product Team (IPT) approach
- The PCIA team maintains continuous customer project Interface and Input.

- Our Purchasing Team works hand in glove with out Material Management and Quality Assurance staff to ensure that all material is received, stored, issued, packaged, and shipped as product properly.
